Windows 10: Drop performance after install new windows 10

Hello, I had an issue with my graphic settings. I was upgraded my ssd , so i lost my old windows 10 in my older ssd. My graphic performace was awesome, i had GTX 1050Ti with Intel i7 8750H and 16GB of RAM. With that i can play games with fps over 90. But when i install new windows 10 on my new ssd Samsung Evo 970 Plus with bootable device, it got worst. Now i can only play with 20-40 fps only and stutter a lot.

When i compare into my older screenshot, i saw something different. I used the same settings at everything Intel HD, Nvidia Gefore Exp. and Control Panel with my older windows 10, my current game graphics looks more HD and detailed than my older. I dont know how to turn it off or at least lower it.

I tried Display Driver Uninstaller and do clean up at everything, but the problems still in there.
Imagine you had my specs and only run 20-40 fps on FPS games at lowest settings. Can you help me fix this?

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
