Windows 10: Dropbox security issue

Anyone here using Dropbox on iPhone or iPad (as well as PC) please?

In an email from Dropbox Support I was alerted that users other than me have apparently signed in to my Dropbox account. It went on to advise that I could use their IP to get further information:
"The IP address can be used to discover the login location and the internet provider used."

But can anyone tell me how to do that please? Both of the methods I tried after some research didn't work.

For example, using the IP 88.105.1.223, I opened an elevated command prompt and entered this:
C:\WINDOWS\system32>nbtstat -a 88.105.1.223
which gave the result
Ethernet:
Node IpAddress: [192.168.1.91] Scope Id: []

Host not found

I then tried another IP, 5.80.207.92, with this:
C:\WINDOWS\system32>wmic.exe /node:"5.80.207.92" ComputerSystem Get UserName
Node - 5.80.207.92
ERROR:
Description = The RPC server is unavailable.

Q: How, from my PC, can I reliably use the IP to get "the login location and the internet provider" please?

Deleting Dropbox

• Do let us know the complete error message/ error code of this issue?
• Are you referring to Dropbox icon/ application on Windows 10?

If you are referring to Dropbox app on your device, try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: If the Dropbox is preloaded on your desktop:

• Click Start.
• Click Settings.
• Click System.
• Click Apps & features.
• Select Get Dropbox or Dropbox X GB from the application list, where "X" is the amount of space corresponding to your promotion.
• Click Uninstall.

Step 2: If the Dropbox is a desktop app follow:

• Press Windows + X, click on Control Panel.
• Under Programs, select Uninstall a program.
• Select Dropboxfrom the list of programs, and click Uninstall.
