Issues with searching for Drug Plans in MYMEDICARE.GOV

When I get the
www.mymedicare.gov web sight I click on the center tab called "Drug Cover(Part D) . This gives me drop down list and I chose the bottom one " Find Health and Drug Plans." I then fill in the requested information in either the general which asks for zip
code. or I go to the personalized section that asked for personal information. Once I file out the info I then tab on the area to "Find Drug Plans" and nothing happens. The Tech that was working for Medicare said the issues with Windows 10 only. I have tried
with Windows XP and all worked. Do you know of a way around the issue?

 

Call dropps

My Lumia 950 dropps my calls, when I want to call someone i must do it 4 or 5 times and after that I can finally make a call. Everyday I have a lot of messages that somebody called me when my phone was turned off.

I tried to switch from 4G connection to 3G and then to 2G but it doesn't work.

I tried to reset phone but nothing and I also tried to switch my sim for new and nothing happened.

Please help. Thanks
