    Hello, I was using my DS4 Bluetooth controller on my laptop with Windows 11 for an extended period, and everything was working well. However, after leaving my laptop idle for a while, I returned to find that the controller wouldn't connect at all. Initially, it was listed as "Bluetooth controller," but when I attempted to reconnect, it appeared as "Qmacro." Clicking on it turns off my controller in pairing mode, and it prompts, "Please make sure that the device is connected.". i have two controller and Both of my controllers are experiencing the same issue.i tried reinstalling the bluetooth dr

    • Version 21H1 (OS build 19043, 1288)
    • Yes, I have a Bluetooth adapter. The controller connects but Ds4 doesn't detect it.

    In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

    • What is the make and model number of your PC?
    • What is the model number of your PS4 controller?
    • What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 installed on the PC? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
    • Have you tried connecting via Bluetooth?
    • From where did you install FIFA 2022?
    Meanwhile, I would suggest you to reinstall DS4 program and check if the issue persists:

    Can't link PS4 bluetooth controller

    I found pairing a PS4 controller hit & miss & I have a laptop with Bluetooth.
    I had to use a cable to connect then once done put the DS4 in pairing mode & then Bluetooth saw it (while connected via cable).
    I also use DS for Windows.
