Windows 10: DS4Windows/RPCS3 Question (Would Like Assistance)

I did not know that rpcs3 had its own native support for ds4 controllers, and I gotta use it because ds4windows doesnt pair well with Ratchet & Clank Tools of destruction on account of using the sixaxis/gyro function of ps3 controllers for the flying/falling sections and some of the weapons. But I still need to use it for the emulators (mainly pcsx2 and dolphin) that dont have native support for ds4 controllers

While im waiting for a reply on reddit, ill ask it here and I would really appreciate the help. Can I configure ds4windows to unhook from my ds4 controller when rpcs3 is running, then re-hook when I close rpcs3 so I can continue to use ds4windows for emulators I already own games for? Or is such a request too niche to solve any?

i5-4670K enough for RPCS3?

I have i5-4670K@4200MHz. Is it enough powerful for RPCS3 or do you need faster CPU (i7, i9)?
