Windows upadtes saturate my internet connection.

I never miss a point. Some I may ignore, but, I never miss them. You get a T3 connection so you can compete and grow in your chosen business. You get a T3 connection so you can save tremendous amounts of money on capital expenditures for your chosen business.
I have been involved with the signage industry for nearly two decades now. Though our digital signage department is just a small part of my business, it provides a healthy profit that dwarfs that of most sign companies we support. I do understand your business
needs. Handling the updating needs of your Windows 10 devices is just a small job for the infrastructure you should already have in place.

It is well known and accepted that conducting any sort of business now requires more bandwidth than it did a short time ago. This has reduced the cost of business class Internet connections greatly over the past couple of years. It has come as a surprise
    to no one.

The telephone/checkbook combination is a time honored tool, with usage that involves nothing of what you say you assume. This tool is so old and well accepted it has even been immortalized in song, with the line; "Here's a quarter, call someone who cares."
Wherever you are in the world, there are several people, relatively, local to you that understand and care about your business issues. Call them. They will be happy to take your check in return for fixing your issues.

Why you choose to not use what is already available or why you have the infrastructure in place that you do... I have no way of knowing. You can either take the advice given or just remember "Here's a quarter..."
