    DTS Sound Unbound gives me the option to purchase it even though i have a license


    I bought a HyperX Cloud Core headphone today, received a free 24 months DTS Sound Unbound Activation Code with it.I redeemed the code and it does say DTS Headphones:X Licensed, But when i click it, it shows me the option to purchase it again and if i try to Enable DTS Headphone:X, I see a prompt "The spatial audio is licensed, but not for this endpoint" and im not exactly sure what does that mean. Can someone help me with it please.Note: I do see that my DTS Headphone:X is licensed but I'm not able to see my headphone name under it.

    I'm unable to install DTS Sound Unbound. While installing it, Microsoft installer stucks.please help.

    MS store issue

    I want to remove DTS sound unbound option in my audio setting.
    it's already uninstall and i had reboot my computer, but seems i still in free trial or some kind of thing make it still can be a option for audio setting.

    it's not a big problem for daily using, just pretty annoying when i want to change some setting and saw it still there

    Normally, when you have completely uninstalled DTS Sound Unbound downloaded through the Microsoft Store, system-dependent Settings should no longer see the corresponding option.

    So this should be a mistake. I have a suggestion. Perhaps you could visit the device's manufacturer website and re-download the sound card driver for the device model. After downloading, uninstall the sound card driver from the device, and then reinstall it.

    If this does not work, I recommend that you report the exception to Microsoft. You can submit this issue through the Feedback Hub (if convenient, please provide as much detail as possible, including pictures, videos, etc.).

    Please share the feedback link after submitting, I will submit your feedback to the relevant team for investigation through internal channels.
