Windows 10: DTS Sound:X mysteriously expired.

Hey,I got a DTS Sound X subscription product key for 2 years with the purchase of my HyperX Stinger 2 headphones. I used the code in my Microsoft Store and the DTS app showed the DTS:X as enabled. After 20-30 days, the app now asks me to take a free 14-day trial or pay ₹549 for it. My DTS:X subscription has mysteriously expired. This is completely unreasonable and I can't even add the product key back to my account since I threw away the packaging on which the product key was written. I need URGENT help with this.

Sound Card Advice

In order to get DTS support, both sound card and speakers need to be compatible. And yes only some sound cards support DTS and dolby.

X-fi/audigy

• DTS/DD in compatible DVD movies
• DTS/DD in compatible games
• NO DTS/DD in mp3s/wavs/downloaded movies
• EAX 3.0-5.0

x-mystique/x-plosion/turtle beach montego

• DTS/DD in any DVD movie
• DTS/DD in any game
• DTS/DD in any MP3 or sound file format
• EAX 2.0

The only advantages that creative have is EAX 3.0-5.0, but seriously EAX sucks in comparison to DTS and Dolby.
