Windows 10: DTS StudioSound showing up blank in Realtek HD Audio Manager after updating to Windows 10...

Like the title says, I did a fresh install from 1909 (or it might've been 1903) to 2004 today. Upon getting to the desktop I noticed that my audio was low and pretty muted (which I expect after every reformat and install, since I haven't tweaked my audio settings yet), so I open the Realtek HD Audio Manager to change the DTS StudioSound settings to what I typically have it set at. Only to notice that the tab to change the settings is completely blank.

I've tried everything I could think of to fix it (installed all Windows updates, uninstalled the drivers and had Windows reinstall them, tried the drivers from my mobo manufacturer's drivers page, tried the drivers that come with Geforce experience, even tried reformatting and reinstalling the OS again). It still shows up blank. I've never had this problem before I installed 2004 and was wondering if anybody else has run into this issue or knows of any fixes.

I've attached a picture showing the problem, any help would be greatly appreciated. This is driving me crazy.

Oh and the motherboard is an Asus Z170-a. OS is version 2004, build 19041.388

The Ultimate Realtek HD Audio Driver Mod for Windows 10

Everyone that post ids, need just do these steps and you will be good. I kinda tired of keep on uploading the inf. file

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
additional if you want dts audio and others, install it now before next step.
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.

I originally followed the step on page 37. I used modified 2.75 dll and DTS/dolby shown in audio properties and working fine. After update to windows 10 build 15063. Realtek manager disappeared from system tray and DTS disappeared from audio properties, so I repeat the steps on pages 37.

DTS is back in the audio properties, but when try to enable it, it says 'format not supported by this device.

how to fix this?

Go to "device manager" and att your audio driver using ""hdxrt4.inf"
worked for me
