Windows 10: DTX HEADPHONE:X V1 NOT OPENING RECENTLY

HAI ALL,



HOPE YOU ARE ALL GOOD IN QUARANTINE MODE[ACTIVATED]. SO THIS IS MY PROBLEM:







As you can see in the above snipped window part is showing whenever i open an app named as DTS HEADPHONE:X V1 on my windows 10, as this was pre-installed in itself from while recieving my laptop model;ASUS FX505GD TUF GAMING before 2 monthsFeb 2020 savvy.


So let me conclude that this may have started showing a week / it was being noticed when i checked this app today 23-04-2020. There was no problem as i've checked before a week for my gaming and it was showing options like 3D, surround options, blah blah. i didn't cared much but suddenly today it all went off and i can't even click on 'Close' button shown below that app GUI.


NB: All the windows 10 updates are up-to-date on my pc and also there is no app named like this on windows st....oops!! Microsoft store they do changed name recently i think.


If you've encountered this problem please please let me know and help is needed in this lockdown. I hope you may come in the form of a fury god. Thanks :

MY LAPTOP MODEL ID ASUS TUF FX705DY. DTS HEADPHONE X V1 NOT RESPONDING INTERNAL SPEAKER, INITIYALIY IT WAS RESPONDING BUT AFTER UNINSTALLING THE AUDIO DRIVER AND REINSTALLING IT IT HAS NOT DETECTING INTERNAL SPEAKER.

Headphones, microphone issue.

This issue may be due to driver compatibility. We'd like to ask additional information to better assist you. Please answer the following:

• Are you getting any error message?
• When did the issue start?
• Were there any recent changes made prior to this?
• Have you tried using a different headphone to isolate the issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you set the headphone as the default device on your computer. Here's how:

• Open Control Panel.
• Select Hardware and Sound.
• Click Sound.
• Choose Headphones and click Set default button at the bottom.
• In some cases, there is no headphone option alone, but Speakers/Headphone. If that’s the case, select that and click
  Set default button at the bottom.
• Press OK.

If the issue persists, then you can update your driver by following the steps
