Windows 10: Dual boot Win 7 and Win 10 both 64 bit

Though this question has been put up many times earlier but one thing is not clear. I have independently installed Win 7 and Win 10 on separate hard disks. When I installed Win 7, the Win 10 hard disk was not attached. In the same way when I installed Win 10, the Win 7 hard disk was not attached. Now if I attached both, which hard disk should have been first in bios. Secondly how PC will become dual boot. My preference is to get option at the boot time to select the OS to boot and if not choose by me, then Win 7 should boot. I do not want to take risk of corruption of any OS by any thing wrong done by me. I will prefer using Legecy.

How to Repair ONLY Win 7 in dual-boot Win 7 and 10 PC? Both Pro 64-bit


I have a nice PC that dual-boots Win 7 Pro 64-bit and Win 10 Pro 64-bit.

I'd like to do a "non-destructive repair" of ONLY the Win 7 [probably by using the "upgrade" function of a Win 7 installation CD or img] but what steps should I take to make sure the Win 7 repair doesn't touch my Win 10 (and the ancillary partitions with the boot loader/MBR, etc.) and keeps my PC dual-booting?

I had upgraded my old 32 bit win 10 to a 64 bit win 10 system and while I was transferring my files, I dual booted from the original 32 bit Win 10 system. Now that everything is running smoothly, I would like to remove the old 32 bit partition and included
the space in my new 64 bit system. However, when I go into the disk management, it is listing the old 32 bit system as 'system,active,primary' partition and is listing my new 64 bit system as (boot, pagefile, crash dump, primary partiton). I am afraid to make
this partition as active in case I lose all my files. Any suggestion of how to get rid of the 32 bit partition and make the 64 bit system bootable?

Yes, I understood that both Win 7 & Win 8.1,allowed me to upgrade to Win. 10. ONCE AGAIN, the QUESTION IS, how is this process accomplished?????? To have an extra Win 10 copy to either be a backup or DVD copy?????? Will WSFT produce a process/procedure
for this to happen???? Let's NOPE SO!!!
