    Dual Microsoft Accounts setup By Mistake


    Good day, Community:I can't recall how I exactly created a 2nd Microsoft account, but they now present when I boot up my laptop PC. My laptop O/S is Windows 10 Pro - fully updated to 21H1 - build 19043. When I boot my machine, the message is that my sign-on information is incorrect. When I click OK, two 2 accounts display in the bottom left corner. I choose my correct account and enter my PIN. At this point, my PC boots just fine. As a secondary issue, my Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2019 installation exhibits an error message when I access "Account" information indicating my account need

    I am trying to reset my daughters PC and I made the mistake of connecting it to the WiFI during the initial setup. Now it keeps asking me for a Microsoft account which I don't have and don't want. How do I get past this screen or how do I reset the PC again so it will skip this step and create a local account?

    Also, I remember doing a step where I could name the PC and all that but can't find my notes. Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? I remember it had to do with creating a file the entering a special setup mode or something like that???

    Double Monitor Setup is not connecting

    Hi Yuri,

    To setup dual monitors, I suggest you to press Windows + P keys
    and select Extend or the required option and check for status. If you are still unable to setup dual monitor, suggest you to update the Display Adapter driver by following the steps provided below and check for status.

    • Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters.
    • Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
