Windows 10: Dual-Monitor - exiting full screen on second monitor automatically transfers it to primary...

As briefly explained in the title. When I am watching a youtube video on full screen on my second monitor and I exit out of the full screen. It automatically brings the whole browser to my main monitor. Kind of annoying but not doable. Hopefully, someone has a solution as I have thus far not been successful, unfortunately.

If you can't access the Display settings, it means that it appears on the second monitor which you don't have. This happens if Windows is not back to the primary desktop.

How to let the second monitor display part of primary monitor?

Hello. I was trying to play resident evil 6 splitscreen with my wife yesterday on my pc. She said she doesn't like to see the full screen and
only wants to see her players screen (which is the lower half). So I brought my second screen and wanted it just to magnify the lower portion of the primary screen, but windows only gives me the option to either treat the secondary monitor as an extension
or to duplicate the primary monitor. How do I just initiate the second monitor to zoom in a portion of the primary monitor?

Some of the advantages of having multiple screens (dual monitor) are it increases your productivity or it allows you to do multitasking. When awaking your PC after putting it to sleep, it will be directed at the sign in page. Normally,
the second monitor will just reflect black screen and the main monitor will reflect the sign in page. After signing in, your second monitor will automatically open if it is turned on.

If the second monitor doesn’t turn on, we recommend that you run the Power troubleshooter by following these steps:

• Click the Start button, then type Control Panel and then press
  Enter.
• Change the View by option on the top-right to Large icons.
• Click on Troubleshooting, and click on the View all option on the left pane.
• Run the Power troubleshooter.
