  1. Dual Monitor Issue / DisplayLink hub

This has been driving me nuts and I cant figure out why. I have a display link hub. One monitor is on HDMI. The other is on a VGA -> DVI adapter. I have 2 Spectre E20 Monitors. Everytime I boot up the monitor on the VGA adapter looks stretched out. I have to go to Display settings and disconnect the VGA monitor. I then tell it to extend my desktop back to the VGA to get that monitor to look correct. I've checked and the settings are the same. It just looks stretched out before I disconnect and reconnect the second monitor. Has anyone dealt with this issue before or have any suggestions on what to troubleshoot? Previously on the VGA monitor connection I had a different monitor before I replaced it with the same monitor model on the HDMI side.

    Thanks in advance

  2. Displaylink EXTEND Dual Monitor Issue On Windows 8.1 Professional

My 7" Doublesight Displaylink screen does not work properly in "EXTENDED" dual monitor mode, it works perfect on windows7 but on windows8.1 pro what happens is the screen is blank and only the charms bar is shown, i would like to use my screen to display
AIDA64 stats but at the moment this is impossible as i cannot drag anything on to the screen.

I have tried 5 different Displaylink drivers including the windows update version

I have tried all possible combinations of screen settings in the control panel

Are there any hotfixes for Displaylink screens?

displaylink (dynadock 4k) not working with windows 10 laptop

I have a Toshiba dynadock 4k with an external monitor but I cannot see this monitor listed in my Windows 10 laptop display settings and cannot make my display appear on second monitor.

DisplayLink website suggests this may be a Windows 10 issue.

How do I get this working?
