Windows 10: Dual Monitor resolution

I just bought 2 new monitors and hooked up to my laptop. I am having an issue with not being able to set them up for the same resolution. They have different recommended display resolutions and the one monitor doesn't have the option for the better option. What can i do to resolve? I tried uninstalling the driver and restarting but no luck.

Second monitor screen resolution problem

There are some games that requires the dual monitor function of your computer. That being said, the resolution of a game depends on its settings. If you were having issues in configuring the resolution of a game, we suggest that you contact the software
developer of the game itself.
