    Hello.I have recently changed my PSU and swapped my graphic cards position placing the 2080ti on the top slot and the 1080ti on the second, closer to the PSU. I changed the positions because this time i installed the newPSU pulling air in, directly to the second GPU. Since the 1080 is less used, i decided for this swap.My dual monitor setup uses a Dell as a primary monitor HDMI to the 2080 and an old HP as a second monitor DVI-D to the 1080.Before i made these changes, everything worked fine. I could play games, 3D render, etc on the main monitor and watch videos or streaming services on

    Dual monitor, Dual mouse??

    Hello,

    Please share this information to assist you better.

    • How have you setup dual monitors?
    • Are you referring to use 2 different mouse/keyboard with the dual monitor setup?
    If yes, the mouse or keyboard may function same as one another. Since, it has to be connected to single PC/tower.

    However, setting up 2 different mouse/keyboard with the Dual- monitor setup, it may not function separately for each monitor.

    Let us know the status of the issue. We will assist you further.

    Dual Monitor Setup

    Both monitors are displaying the same exact thing (including mouse movement). If I detach one the other still displays it, vice versa.

    Win 10 - Dual monitor and Mouse/System? stutter

    Hi,

    I have install Win 10 on a new 2700x build with a XFX RX570 video card. I have an issue I am attempting to deal with.

    1) The mouse stutters when I extend the desktop to my second monitor. Stutter = moving the mouse, it will freeze for a short time and then move. It does this constantly. Now I think this is system wide, but the mouse is just want caught my attention/focus.
    I see the same behaviour when typing - letter display in notepad stutters, and behaviour in playing video - play back stutters.

    If do not extend the desktop to the second monitor the issue goes away. I have tried the latest drivers for the graphics card, mouse, adjusted settings for the mouse (before I saw the behaviour in the keyboard and video), USB power management, windows update
    and more I am forgetting.

    Suggestions?
