Windows 10: Dual Monitor Wallpaper Keeps Changing

So I have a dual monitor display setup. An LG Ultragear 1440 landscape and my secondary monitor LG Ultragear 1080p vertical. I want to have different wallpapers on each monitor. For whatever reason my primary monitor will change the wallpaper to the same wallpaper as the vertical monitor and vice versa sometimes. Most often this occurs whenever my computer powers on from sleep or shutdown. I have tried numerous way to prevent the wallpapers from resetting such as saving the images to the windows wallpaper folder and then highlighting both images and setting the wallpapers. I have changed the on the personalization tab in the control panel. Still have not found a permanent fix. I have made sure that the wallpaper settings are not in slideshow. I have even tried disabling slideshow and sync personalization. Does anyone have a solution?

Dual Monitor Setup - Windows 10 randomly changes wallpaper order

Hello all

I have a dual monitor setup running Windows 10 where my primary screen i horizontal and my secondary screen is oriented vertically.

I used the method of selecting two images (CTRL + left mouse click), right clicked the secondly selected image (vertical wallpaper) and chose "set as desktop background" in the context menu, to set my desktop backgrounds (wallpapers), which sets the wallpapers
correctly... but after an arbitrary amount of time parses the wallpaper changes - either switching the wallpapers around or setting the wallpaper of the primary monitor as the wallpaper of both monitors.

PS.: The cycling of wallpapers is turned off.

 

Wallpapers for dual monitors

Hello, I've noticed a problem recently, I have two monitors, and used to have two wallpapers on both of them (a different wallpaper on each monitor), I haven't changed my wallpaper in a long time, to set a specific wallpaper for each monitor you'd usually
go to Settings, background, find the wallpaper you want and right click and select (set for monitor 1) or (set for monitor 2), however, it seems like monitor 1 isn't there anymore, instead there is (set for monitor 2) repeated twice, selecting either of the
options will set the wallpaper I chose on both monitors rather than just monitor 2, is there any way to fix this? Windows does recognize that I have two monitors and does set one of them as 1 and the other as 2 as shown here:





But when I go to change wallpapers, it just shows it like this:






Ever since I got a 2nd monitor, this has never been an issue, it always used to say "Set for all monitors", "Set for monitor 1" and "Set for monitor 2" as the options, I don't know when this changed to being both monitor 2
