Windows 10: Dual Monitors not working After update

I have tried all of the recommendations nothing works! It was fine before the update, tried undoing the update, didn't work, updated drivers, didn't work, reinstalled Windows, didn't work, I need a fix ASAP

Dual Monitor Setup & Speakers

Dual monitors will not work

I downloaded Windows 10 version 1903 and now my Dual monitors will not work with laptop monitor.

I have disabled the display adapter - AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 Graphics and I then can get my dual monitors working BUT there is a black screen on my laptop.

It will not detect the laptop screen.

I would like to have all three so I can choose.

Any suggestions??
