Windows 10: Dual monitors not working, can anyone help?

I am unable to set up dual monitors and require assistance. I have a Phillips main monitor 1920x1080 as the main monitor and a LG 1280x960 2007 model as my secondary, I have a NVidia GeForce GT 1030 graphics card. Both monitors work if I plug them in individually and I've got an HDMI hub with a HDMI to VGA wire for the second monitor, all the wires do work. Now the main issue, as soon as I plug both of the monitors into the HDMI hub, both screens turn off, The main Phillips monitor says no video input whereas the LG monitor says power saving mode, I can't choose the extended or duplicate m

Dual Monitor Setup & Speakers

Dual monitors will not work

I downloaded Windows 10 version 1903 and now my Dual monitors will not work with laptop monitor.

I have disabled the display adapter - AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 Graphics and I then can get my dual monitors working BUT there is a black screen on my laptop.

It will not detect the laptop screen.

I would like to have all three so I can choose.

Any suggestions??
