Windows 10: Dual Monitors not working with update

i was previously on windows 8.1 and i had my dual monitors working just fine, after i upgraded to windows 10 my second monitor (wired with hdmi) doesnt work but the one with Dvi does

I tried the steps above, but my TV is still not being detected. HDMI is the only option to connect it to my desktop. I have tried every external input on my TV (though I connected it to HDMI 2) and still nothing comes up.

I have a Dell XPS 4790 with a NVIDIA GTX 745. From what I've read, this should allow me to use up to 3 monitors at once. Right now, I have only one monitor connected using DVI. However, when I try plugging in my TV using the HDMI port, it is not detected.
I've even unplugged the DVI monitor and tried just HDMI, but nothing registered.

I know the TV and HDMI cable are in working order, because I frequently connect my Dell Inspiron 17R laptop to this TV using its HDMI port. So, why is my tower having issues detecting the TV?

 

Do you have the latest build yet, 10159 seems to be fine for duel monitor support on my system, but was not working on previous builds.

 

What about GPU drivers ?

 

Multiple monitors work fine, but the default (basic) display driver won't support them. You have to use Windows Update to get the most recent version of your drivers.
