Windows 10: Dual Monitors

I am attempting to use a SAMSUNG LC24F396FHNXZA 23.5" FHD Curved LED and an older HP w185e LCD as dual displays, the former is 1920x1080 via HDMI, while the latter is 1366x768 via a DVI/VGA adapter connected to either a DVI or VGA cable don't recall off the top of my head and what I am running into is that I am only able get one of the monitors to display despite going into the settings and setting up the monitors for dual display extended, one desktop as it shows it should be done online or well, I'm trying to, at least. Why is it not working? My working theory is that it comes down

Windows 10 Update - Now my dual monitors do not work

• Have you already tried performing the troubleshooting steps suggested by

• Are both of the monitors not working just like what the original poster was experiencing? If yes, have you tried disconnecting one of the monitors? What was the outcome?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Dual monitor, Dual mouse??

• How have you setup dual monitors?
• Are you referring to use 2 different mouse/keyboard with the dual monitor setup?

If yes, the mouse or keyboard may function same as one another. Since, it has to be connected to single PC/tower.

However, setting up 2 different mouse/keyboard with the Dual- monitor setup, it may not function separately for each monitor.
