Windows 10: Dual screen, Cursor movement only in the 50% edge of 2nd screen

Dual screens - In the second monitor, only from the upper half exactly 50% above of the edge, I can move the cursor from the second screen to other. Even if I change the screens from 2nd to 1st it is the same. In the lower half, it hits the edge like there is a barrier, whereas in the first screen, i.e. in my laptop screen it is seamless from the entire side edge I can move to the other monitor but not vice versa.

Windows - Make it hard for mouse cursor to move between screens

I have a dual monitor setup on windows 10.

I would like my mouse cursor to have a minimum velocoty to be able to move to another screen.

Reason: I hate it when I am on the edge of the screen making small movements and the mouse goes to the other screen. I would prefer crossing screens hard, thus only deliberate movements would result in this.

Let's try all the available fixes for cursor sticking in dual monitors.

You said it sticks at the top and bottom of the main screen. Are the monitors arranged vertically or horizontally. Is it getting stuck between the two?

"Ease cursor movement between displays" in Settings

I have seen this setting: "Ease cursor movement between displays" referenced. I have two monitors, not the same size, and the cursor "sticks" at top and bottom corner of the main (larger) screen.

The setting ""Ease cursor movement between displays" in Settings" doesn't appear in my settings. The references I see show it under

System->Display->Multiple Displays. Don't see it there, or anywhere else.

Since this is a problem on my system, I think this would be useful. Suggestions anyone??
