    As the title says, I have a dual screen setup; one PC monitor, and one TV. Prior to having the TV also connected, the monitor would wake with the PC no problem. Even with dual monitors, it was not an issue. When I upgraded my second screen from a 1080p PC monitor to a 4K TV, now the primary monitor will not display an image when it wakes with the PC. I get an initial screen flash of my desktop, then I get a black screen with the "Display port: NO SIGNAL" logo. However, when I turn the TV on, suddenly the monitor works as it should.The monitor is the primary screen set in Windows; not the TV. A

    Second screen not working in dual monitor setup?

    I recently started using my old monitor with my laptop as an dual monitor setup. My laptop can only support 1366*768(720p) and the monitor can show upto 1600*900. These two works fine on duplicate and extend option but when I choose second screen only the
    monitor doesn't work and shows it's error "D-sub out of range".

    Help me please.

    Double Monitor Setup is not connecting

    Hi Yuri,

    To setup dual monitors, I suggest you to press Windows + P keys
    and select Extend or the required option and check for status. If you are still unable to setup dual monitor, suggest you to update the Display Adapter driver by following the steps provided below and check for status.

    • Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters.
    • Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.
