Windows 10: Dual Touch Screens Not Working under Windows 10

I have two Dell touch screens ST2220T; One connects via native HDMI, the other connects via DVI-D with HDMI adapter ; Both have touch through USB cables.

Both screens work visually.

Only one has normal touch. The other sees touch but it manifests on the other screen.

Friends have said that two similar touch screens worked on Windows 7.


The video card utility, AMD Catalyst Control Center, arranged the screens but is silent on touch.

Tablet PC also arranges the screens but says only one has touch.

Windows 10 sees the two independent screens in the Tablet PC setup procedure but it only allows one touch screen.

Since the two USB cable are independent why doesn't it see them?


Is this a Windows 10 issue? or,

Would another video card work better? Mine is AMD Radeon R5 200 series.

Our business's lenovo B50 touch screen is not working after the update to windows 10, either. Have tried all steps listed to fix- no luck

My Yoga 13 touch screen doesn't work either after latest update. Was working on August 29th. System info shows it has no pen or touch screen device.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
