    Dualshock 4 not detected


    So I've had this issue with my controller for a while now and what I do is I plug it in a different USB port and it works, this time it didn't.
    When I press the PS button on the controller it enters pairing mode and it doesn't find a device to connect to even though it is connected to my PC via USB. After that it just indicates that it's charging by blinking orange, so my USB port isn't damaged. I opened the Device Manager and it didn't show up there either as a controller or a Human Interface Device

    Things I've tried:

    -Switching ports
    -Restarting my System
    -Restarting my controller manually
    -Connecting via Bluetooth
    -Disconnecting my Keyboard
    -Pulling the power cable out of my PS4
    -Viewing the disabled devices didn't show up there either

    I really need help

    P.S. It works perfectly on my PS4

    • How about connecting other Bluetooth devices?
    • Is this issue specific to DualShock 4 controller gamepad?
    • Did you try connecting the same device on different computer?

    • How about connecting other Bluetooth devices?
    • Is this issue specific to DualShock 4 controller gamepad?
    • Did you try restarting your computer once?
    • Did you try connecting the same device on different computer?

    Dualshock 4 controller won't connect on Windows 10 PC

    Old title: Bluetooth won't work

    Im trying to pair my dualshock 4 controller with my pc and it won't work. I had no issues until I used it with my ps4. It gets detected under the Bluetooth settings as wireless controller When I click
    pair it does nothing for 10-30 seconds then says "that didn't work"
