    Due to Coronavirus, Microsoft Should Extend All Windows 10 Support Builds​


    From 18 Months to two Years ​


    Due to these unforeseen healthcare issues, not seen in our lifetime, Microsoft needs to extend its support for all Windows 10 feature builds from 18 months to 2 years 24 months at a minimum. This is crucial so that critical data and resources are not lost due to a forced feature upgrade during an international crisis like COVID-19. Credit to Microsoft for halting all feature Windows 10 Updates as of May 2020, while keeping the critical "Patch Tuesday" security updates intact, However, any currently supported version of Windows 10, on the support cycle, needs to be extended through the duration of this international emergency. What this means is that NO CURRENTLY SUPPORTED WINDOWS 10 FEATURE BUILDS SHOULD BE HAULTED DURING THIS PANDEMIC EVEN IF THE CURRENT 18 MONTH SUPPORT CYCLE HAS ENDED. Support for all supported Windows 10 Feature Builds must be extended for the duration of the Corona Virus-19 Pandemic.
