Windows 10: Due to Return-Error Code - 110 i cannot start MSI database for application installation.

Hey,


i need to install an application which is using the MSI database.

I already searched for this topic, but no of the recommended solutions is working for me.



What I already tried to fix it:


* Restart MSIEXEC

* Run as admin (jst to be sure)

* Restart everything after turnoff AV-programm and disabled firewall.


The following error still occure:


07/11/18 14:06:56:292 | [ERROR] | | ASU | MSIInvoker | MSIInvoker | | | 14068 | Error in opening MSI database. Returned Error - 110
07/11/18 14:06:56:293 | [ERROR] | | ASU | MSIInvoker | MSIInvoker | | | 14068 | Failed in fetching the package option XML and install language info.


Could someone assist?

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.

Error Code Installing Oblivion (Kinda Urgent?)

that's a Direct X runtime error.

Install the DX 9c Winter 2005 install of DX9.
download it here:

Reinstall your video card driver(you might get away with skipping this step, if not you gotta start over)

Now re-install the game. DO NOT let it install DX9 on your computer for you.
