Windows 10: Due to the processor mhz.

Hello,I wanted to ask, I did scans with the antivirus and it helped a lot, and what does lower mhz on the processor speed mean, the minimum for it was 3600 and now lower with turbo speed, everything is fine, but it is lower to 3520 for some reason, the speed of the computer does not have much meaning for the computer? Maybe it is possible to reduce the speed of the processor even more, so that the computer would be neater and not use so many mhz, what should be done? What are you looking for? How should it be? Does anyone know if Microsoft will be adding any processors to their list as mine is not listed which is a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3408 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s) but says is not supported at the moment.
