Windows 10: duel monitors display freezes randomly

Hi, I'm using a duel monitor setting. My laptop screen is the secondary display and my external monitor is the primary one. Occasionally the entire display freezes randomly both screens. When I plug the HDMI cable out and then back in, it usually works out but sometimes I have to repeat this process several times to make it stop freezing.I have this problem for long time.Also, I have gtx 1650 gpu and intel i7 9th Gen on my laptop.

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

I had tried that as well... no result.

I upgraded to windows 10 and not my duel monitors do not work? do I have to reinstall a driver?
