Windows 10: Dumb question but can I recover a file possibly deleted from recycle bin?

Discus and support Dumb question but can I recover a file possibly deleted from recycle bin? in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; I deleted the wrong file and when I checked recycle bin its not there so is there any way to get it back? sorry if I don't respond im going to sleep...     I deleted the wrong file and when I checked recycle bin its not there so is there any way to get it back? sorry if I don't respond im going to sleep

    I have deleted accidentally 2TB files, all recovered back.

    To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

    • Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
    • Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
    • Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.
