Windows 10: Dump.log file with no permissions KERNEL CRITICAL ERRORS

Good Afternoon, I saw other users had posted about similar issues so decided to start a new thread for this one:I have a file that appeared this morning: ‪C:\Windows\Minidump\101823-8859-01.dmp this file hs no permissions to me "unable to display current owner" - which is also odd- unless I enable "inherited permissions", which I did. From there I downloaded WindowsDBG to help determine what type of file this is: Critical errors etc became apparent with evidence showing that its a kernel file but I"m not sure which nor how to fix this, any help would be appreciated. Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

Download CCcleaner from here...........

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.

 

Surface Pro Kernel Memory Dump When It Turn On Every time!

As the dump file is kernel memory dump file. Please note that it records only the kernel memory. This speeds up the process of recording information in a log when your computer stops unexpectedly. You must have a pagefile large enough to accommodate
your kernel memory. The page file must be on the boot volume. Otherwise, a memory dump cannot be created. Before we provide any suggestions, I would like to confirm few things:

1. Could you please elaborate the statement: I got a very strange thing my Surface Pro Memory Dump when I turn on it everytime, but It don't happen if I just reboot after turn on?
   
2. Are you getting blue screen while booting or while using Windows?
   
3. Which version of Windows 10 are you using?

Power issue with the kernel, and the Kernel Security Check Failure BSODs

I have been getting 'Kernel Security Check Failure' BSODs sometimes when I start the vpn client or rarely when I start Kaspersky 17, but never ever when I play demanding games and never while browsing. And today in Windows Events I found the error is kernel power. Yes, I changed the PSU (to CORSAIR CS850M), but do the symptoms say so? Nvidia driver updated, temps are fine too.
