Windows 10: DumpStak.log file giving "You do not have permission to open this file"

Hi Support,I just bought a new laptop having windows 11 pro version. Something caused it to crash after showing BSOD. After the laptop restarted, I saw a file called DumpSytack.log in my "C" drive. When I clicked to open it, I got following message. "You do not have permission to open this file. See the owner of this file or an administrator to obtain permission".I am surprised by this as I am in the Administrator group. This is the same Microsoft account that I used in the set-up of the windows. Does using Microsoft account for logging into windows causes this kind of issue? Should I instead

Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.

 

opening .dds files with gimp

Simply, HOW? I got the DDS plugin but the POS wont open DDS files still. Can someone give me a step-by-step rundown of how to install the DDS plugin for gimp so I know if I'm missing something?
