I understand your concern regarding the issue that you are facing.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps

This may happen if you select a Duplex printing setting. To use the setting, you may also need to select the Collation setting.

I suggest you to uninstall and re-install the printer drivers
in compatibility mode. Here is the steps:

• Go to your manufacturer’s website and download the
  Driver’s setup file for your computer.
• Press Windows Key + R on your desktop screen to go to run box.
• Type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.
• Under Driver, expand, then right click and select
  Uninstall.
• If you are prompted to Confirm then Confirm.
• Go to the location where you had saved your downloaded setup files of the drivers and
  right click, then select Properties.
• Select Compatibility Tab.
• Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.
• Let the driver to install and then check the functionality.

Duplex printing broken by Win10 update

I have a Samsung SCX4828FN printer which has worked well with windows and is able to duplex print. However, on updating to Win10 Home Edition - Version 1709 OS Build 16299.309 the duplex printing has stopped working. I have deinstalled print drivers, downloaded
the latest and installed them, but there has been no change. The latest driver is dated: Sep 1 2017, file: SamsungUniversalPrintDriver3.exe, version: 3.00.13.00.4.

I have set and reset the duplex print, I have tried setting duplex to on, on the printer itself through the setup menu, tried emf spooling, tried printing directly to printer (no spooling), and lastly turning off advanced features. I have even run printui.exe
/s and removed any Samsung references after a deinstall. None of the changes makes a difference - the printer will not print on both sides of a page since the Win 10 update.

I'm open to suggestions on how to get this working again. Thanks.
