    Hi, I recently installed some new software, which has caused some issues for me.Whenever i restart my pc or turn it on, it shows two accounts, one is a duplicate which doesn't open at all.Here's what happens when I turn on my pc [I can't post images for some reason on this forum, so i will post hyperlinks for it. I hope you can access it.]This is what shows when i restart my pc or power it onAfter pressing okay, it shows this next. [no password works, and the name in there is related to the software which i installed.]This is the account which is mine and opensSome posts say that I can delete
