  1. Duplicate Boot Entries After Windows 11 24H2 Update

Hello,After updating to Windows 11 24H2, I now see two entries for Windows 11 in the boot menu. Both entries say "Windows 11 on volume 3." I only have one installation of Windows 11, so I believe this is a duplicate caused by the update. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:1. Checked System Configuration msconfig and saw both entries listed.2. Attempted to delete the duplicate entry, but I received a BitLocker warning about needing a recovery key.My questions:1. How can I safely remove the duplicate entry without causing boot issues?2. Is there a way to do this without triggering BitLocker recovery

    :)

Vertical line appears in duplicate mode in Windows 11, version 24H2

Microsoft is aware of an issue in Windows 11, version 24H2, that can create this vertical line on the right edge of an external display when projecting in duplicate mode.

Microsoft plans to address this issue in a future Windows update. We will update this post when the Windows update becomes available.

    Factory reset Windows 11 24H2 (build 26100.863)

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?

Duplicate Boot Entries After Windows 11 24H2 Update

Vertical line appears in duplicate mode in Windows 11, version 24H2

I have an external display, and project to this display in duplicate mode. If I move the mouse cursor to the right edge of the external display, a corrupted vertical line on the right edge of the screen appears.

This issue only began to appear after installing Windows 11, version 24H2.
