Windows 10: Duplicate/Extend Screen

When I extend my screen it forces all open windows to my monitor Which is my 2nd screen, not main screen and I want it to force all open windows to my laptop my 1st screen, my main screen This way I just drag what I want to share onto my monitor which is easier to work with and I don't run risk of sharing things I don't want to.I know there is the "remember window location" toggle but that doesn't work for me as I share different things each time.I can't understand why open windows are forced to the monitor/2nd screen over the 1st/main one... that seems as if something was set up wrong!!

Duplicate and extend screen at same time

Hi, i have 4 screens connected with my laptop. I am trying to duplicate the laptop screen on 3 screens and extend on 1. Under display settings it only gives the option to duplicate desktop on 2 screens. How can duplicate the desktop on 3 screens and at same time extend to one screen?

Extending Screen to Laptop

Pressing MS KEY + P brings up PROJECT which shows display options PC screen only, Duplicate, Extend, Second screen only. After selecting Extent I then click on the “Connect to a wireless display”. Then I select my laptop that is listed.

That has worked well in the past, but the during a session a few days ago the connection dropped and I have not seen my laptop in the list since.

I have not found any steps to take that actually address this issue.

 

Duplicate and extend screen on multiple

Hi, i have 4 screens connected to my laptop. I want to duplicate screen on 3 of them, and extend screen ton1 of them. How can i do all of them at one time? In the display settings it gives me option to duplicate desktop only on 2 of them. Thanks
