Windows 10: Duplicate Images

Ok so this has been happening for a long while now. So when i save an image to my computer whether it's from the internet or art i make, it will save it, but it also creates a duplicate of the image that has the same name but with icon.png at the end. For example: Let's say I save a GIF of running water. I name it "Running Water.gif". I save it and it creates a duplicate called "Running Water_gif_icon.png" and its a much smaller size. Why does it keep doing this?

Which phone are you using?



Duplicate images might be because of software issue or there might really be duplicate images on your phone or memory card.

To solve this

1.

Move all your images on your phone to your computer, restart your phone, copy back all images back to your phone. If you think there are duplicate images on your memory card, follow step 2



2.

You can search for duplicate files on your memory card by installing glary utilities on your PC(Search the web to download), search for duplicates and delete one of the duplicates.

Duplicate image finder with special function

Hello , i am aware of many apps to find and delete duplicate images. But i am looking for one with this function. I have library of images. It stores one image per folder with tags, metadata etc.. Lets see app find duplicate image in folder. I want to delete it BUT i want delete that folder as well.

[HELP]Image recovery issues

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
