Windows 10: Durgod K320 Mechanical Keyboard disconnects sometimes

I have a Surface Book 3 and a Durgod K320 mechanical keyboard. Occasionally the keyboard will disconnect the sound plays and reconnects. But sometimes it will just stop typing all together. No sound of disconnecting. It's RGB so I know it's still receiving power via the Surface Dock 2 I have. It also has indicator lights for CAPS lock and if I trigger the CAPS lock on my Surface keyboard the indicator lights up so I know the keyboard is still receiving. I have no idea what the problem is. I have reinstalled drivers multiple times and updated Windows. Troubleshoot provides no info and detects no problems. I have also unticked the box where Windows can turn off the device.

I have never had a mechanical keyboard any suggestions on what type to get?(Key color)
I currently have a Saitek Eclipse II, and I like the sounds and feel.

I really want to get the ROCCAT Ryos MK Pro.
