Windows 10: During adding a laser too my PC I have seen that my down loads have disappeared and the new...

Please help me retrieve my downloads and help open the new ones I purchased. This all happened when I was adding a new laser engraver to my computer. Thank you

Laser driver shows at

Dear Microsoft Team,

We re currently using a laser connected to Windows 10 system, which we control via USB.

However, we have encountered an issue after installing another USB device, causing the laser to stop functioning.

Upon investigating the possible causes of this problem, I have noticed the following:

• Normally, in the Windows 10 Device Manager, the laser device should appear under the category "USB devices."
  
• However, it is currently listed under "Other devices."
  

Furthermore, when the laser was still operational, the laser driver was located at "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\winusb.sys" as displayed in the Device Manager.

However, after uninstalling and reinstalling the laser software due to the problem, the laser driver's location information in Windows Device Manager has becoming:

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or recommendations you can provide to resolve this issue.

nokia n73 music not seen in the library after added

i have nokia n73 music edition. using nokia pc suite i added 3 tracks from my pc to my phone. after adding, i refreshed the music library. it says added three tracks, but keep on refreshing to an unending time. so i have to stop refresh forcibly. then
the added songs are not visible in the track list in the music player view. it is seen in the gallary. how can i bring them to the music library? again some tracks are not seen while searching . it is very much there in the music library. . i am using firmware
