Windows 10: During online streaming movies- Black screen-No Video, Only Audio

Sir, my hp desktop PC is having -- windows10, Firefox, connect cable Broadband with 100mbps speed, Ethernet, periodically updated. I am very much fond of watching English/Foreign language movies having English CC/Subtitles, online streaming, generally on paid channels e.g. Netflix, prime video, Hotstar, you tube etc.I am not proficient in English language. To read the English CC/subtitles, I have to pause the streaming, read the subtitle and then start the streaming pause-start, pause-start.After about 15 minutes watching the film, the screen becomes black no video, with a no signal detect

Hi, Again I'm having problems streaming videos. funny thing is when I go through my browser (edge) movies, videos, and live stream play but are jerky and audio is not synced with the people speaking. BUT when I try to stream any movie or Video from an
app from the Windows store I get blank screen and audio only. Tried to change Hardware acceleration, doesn't help. confused and frustrated. Pat.

• Have you tried with Internet Explorer? What is the status?
• Do you receive any error message/code?

I suggest you to download and install the latest Audio and Video Drivers and check if it resolves the issue.

Movie Maker in Windows 10-Black screen video

Windows Movie Maker needs up to date drivers in order to work properly. The easiest way to fix this black screen problem is by updating your video card drivers (also know as graphics drivers). Either
you can install them manually or you can download them online. Here's a step by step instructions to update them - (For this tutorial, I am using Windows 7 screenshots)

• First of all, click on start menu button and open Control Panel.
• Change the view by mode to "Large Icons".

• Now find "Device Manager" option and open it.
• A new window will open. Here find "Display adapters" option and click the arrow icon left to it.
• Now right-click on your driver name and then click "Update Driver Software" option.
• After this, click "Search automatically for updated driver software" button. You can also install them manually with second option.

Now Windows will search your computer and the Internet for the latest driver software. If any new updates were found, it will download and install them automatically. This process will take few minutes.

Finally restart your computer and try to create a new video in Movie Maker (Make very simple edits). This time, it should work (Don't forget to thank me in comments)
