Windows 10: DVD is full before I open it but after I open it is empty

Hi! Before I open a DVD it it appears to be almost full but after I open it it shows me that is empty "Drag files to this folder to add them to the disc". Why is this happening and how can I solve it? It only happens on one DVD

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

dvd won't open

In step 2 of the Dell article it asks whether Quickset is in the list of applications in Startup. There are only 13 and Quickset is not one. Cyberlink is there twice. Note: System Config directed me to Task Manager. Are you saying that on Thursday Quickset
was removed and that is why DVD won't work? Seems very odd. Article then suggests downloading latest ver. of Quickset from Dell. Is this required? Is this a Dell problem?

 

opening .dds files with gimp

Simply, HOW? I got the DDS plugin but the POS wont open DDS files still. Can someone give me a step-by-step rundown of how to install the DDS plugin for gimp so I know if I'm missing something?
