Windows 10: dvd player doesn't work

The free trial said my dvd player was compatible, so why, when purchasing the full version, does it not work? I tried a different program, and it actually plays my dvd.

Burned DVD's Work in SOME players

In that case, it is possible the problem is with the blu ray player not supporting DVD+R disks.

Suggest you check to make sure: it's possible you can overcome this problem by simply burning DVD-R instead of DVD+R. Check your blu ray compatibility list first.

 

DVD player stopped working

I suggest you to follow the methods below if the DVD drive is not detected and check.

Method 1: Run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter

Follow these steps to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter:

• Press Windows key + X and click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Uninstall and reinstall the driver

I suggest you to try uninstall the DVD drive drivers check if it works for you. Follow the steps to uninstall the DVD drive drivers:

• Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Right-click on the DVD drive listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
• Select the option to Delete driver software.
• Restart the computer after its uninstalled.

Try to access the device manufacturer's website and download and install the latest chipset drivers.

C7, Flash Player doesn´t work

Everytime I try to watch a Flash Video (Youtube, etc) the browser crashes and the phone return to homescreen. Already turned it off and took out the battery and restarted it, but the crashing won´t stop.



The first day I checked the youtube page there was jsut a tiny video to watch but the browser didn´t crash, a few hours later I surfed on this page again ant the crashing started...



I also tried the Opera mobile 10.1 browser, but it seems that this brower does not support flash in the symbian version and Multitouch doesn´t work either. All in all I prefer the nokia browser (when flash does work properly)



Anyone with similar problems with the flash player? solutions?
