    DVD Writer disabled after Windows 10 upgrade. How do I get it to work?


    After my purchased key for a Windows 10 upgrade my devices like the Graphics Display the DVD Writer and the Touchpad have errors and don't work. Please could anyone help with restoration of the devices?

    Thanks for your suggestion but the VLC download did not resolve the issue. Since the upgrade the DVD writer tray does not open, it worked on Windows 8.1?

    What other external DVD writer compatible with Windows 10 can I use upload Turbo Tax and Quicken DVD?
