    DVDram GT80N has a driver that shows it works properly but wont recognize any cd or dvds


    Have a HP 2000 notebook w/win 10 upgrade. The DVDram GT80N has a driver that shows it works properly but wont recognize any cd or dvds. Uninstalled and when it came back on it was the same. Tried driver update but shows the drive is working properly. Ive wracked my brains using a lot of web sites but they only want money. What I need is rollback driver. Where would I find a rollback driver?

    CD/DVD wont recognize disks.


    New win 10 and new dirve .drive shows in 'this computer'. Cant recognize any disks. here is the event log:
