Windows 10: DVDs Won't Play on my HP Laptop Model 15-1211wm

Discus and support DVDs Won't Play on my HP Laptop Model 15-1211wm in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; DVD drawer will not open when eject is pressed.     DVDs Won't Play on my HP Laptop Model 15-1211wm


    DVD drawer will not open when eject is pressed. When it does open, DVDs and CDs will not play. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.

    dvd player don`t work

    I just upgraded to windows 10 .my dvd player on my hp 2000 laptop won`t play cd`s or dvd`s .also I can not play videos on facebook or youtube.

    I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

    Can someone pls tell me how to get your display to show minutes remaining with battery life on a HP model 15-bs015dx laptop... its driving me mad dying all the time? Im sick of seeing a %.
