Windows 10: DWM crash and Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll Causing black screen repost

and this is displayed five different time in the log every 5 to 10 seconds, so DWM is crashing multiple times?? What??

i assume all of this happened because of the DWM.exe crash as it makes no sense how some games crash right when I launch the app

and another thing that is new that happened to me is that when the monitor looses connection i try using the keyboard to either shutdown or restart but lately i have been hearing window narrator speaking to me about options? and the next time i booted up my PC my entire PC design are all black with yellow highlights over text and buttons? like did i somehow activate colour blind mode or something? but i was able to reset it to my default appearance
