Windows 10: dwm.exe taking 100% GPU

Discus and support dwm.exe taking 100% GPU in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Desktop Window Manager takes about 90%+ GPU with no windows open and a fresh install of Windows 11.     dwm.exe taking 100% GPU


    Desktop Window Manager takes about 90%+ GPU with no windows open and a fresh install of Windows 11. Guides on YT aren't helping either. Also all USB ports end up turning off and on at random times, not sure if the power all being pushed to the GPU is the case RTX 3060 Ti, multiple GPU's tested and have similar issues

    All the solutions I tried were in vain, not solved the problem is still alive after this stage I will either start using linux or not play games anymore I **** tired as I said in the title I have been struggling with this problem for more than 1 year and at this stage you can't ask anyone to try harder thank you for the help you offer this is really hope inside me created good luck

    Dwm and csrss using my gpu

    Hey so the dwm and csrss using my gpu while im moving window folder(dwm) and while im moving cursor (csrss) and each of them can use 10% or higher

    And when im in csgo there is 10% of use of it (dwm) and 20% for.csgo im wondering if its okey or not
