Windows 10: DWM keeps on crashing

It's been happening for a few days..but now the intensity has increased. Earlier, I didn't know why it happened but today a pop-up came and told me that dwm is crashing. I have windows 11Please help me with this.

If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.
