Windows 10: Dxdiag Is not showing information in my windows 11 and the lastest generation of laptop

Discus and support Dxdiag Is not showing information in my windows 11 and the lastest generation of laptop in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; Can't see my directx info so can't play games and can't upgrade my directx...     Let me suggest you to contact the manufacturer of Miracast. To contact the manufacturer, please follow the steps below:

    • The name of the OEM + “contact information”
    • The name of the OEM + “PC support”

    DxDiag System information problem

    Hello Everybody,

    I'm having troubles with DxDiag , it doesnt show anything in system info and the main problm is that i cant start th game which needs direct x 11 ..
    Dxdiag Is not showing information in my windows 11 and the lastest generation of laptop 24918e13-d59b-4ec1-b512-3ea8e5cf56ef.png


    as you see ... in Dxdiagnostics i have only "X"-s for system information , but if i check the nvidia settings i have direct x 11 ...

    what can i do with this ?!

    Hi,

    To enable the Direct 3D feature on your device, we suggest following the steps below:

    • Run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool (Dxdiag.exe).
    • On the Display tab, verify that DirectDraw Acceleration and
      Direct3D Acceleration are selected under DirectX Features.
    • If either of these lines shows a Disabled status, click
      Enable       for that line.
    • If multiple video adapters are installed in your computer, repeat steps 2 for each
      Display tab in the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
