dxgkrnl.sys DirectX Graphics Kernel /nvlddmkm.sys issue with last windows 10/11?

BuiId new pc let windows 10 install all updates and drivers then installed driver chipset from motherboard website .when I start gaming the screen feels choppy and unsmooth. this should not be happening! So I run latencymon and notice the only driver I had issue is dxgkrnl.sys/nvlddmkm.sys using windows 10/11 default drivers NVIDIA Version 471.41 .I did try to turn on/off v-sync and g-sync nothing works. So I'm asking for help how to resolve this issue?CPU: Intel 10850kGPU: MSI sea hawk rtx3080lhrSSD: 1 tb crucialp2PSU: corsair rm 750x.Thanks

    :)

My DirectX 11 Graphic card was downgraded to DirectX 10

I trying to fix and restore my laptop's Radeon ™ HD 4500 DirectX 11 graphic card

which has been downgraded to "DirectX 10" by default from Windows 7 into 10.

I went to see whether I could download a driver from AMD but my HD 4500 card isn't in the list of supported card for

Windows 10. This is just ridiculous, as now I'm having trouble & eventually

not being able to play a game I want. So much for update.

It's not like my graphics isn't able to run DirectX 11, it's stated right infront of me

that it is DirectX 11 right at the original sticker still stuck on my computer.

Windows 10 upgrade, help with BSOD: GRAPHICS_DRIVER_TDR_FAULT in igdkmd64.sys

I'm also experiencing the same issue since the Windows 10 upgrade, the intel graphics driver kernel igdkmd64.sys

Is Microsoft gonna solve this anytime soon?, Windows 8 was better than this.
